We all anxiously await the International Best Dressed published in Vanity Fair every September issue, and this year was no exception. Obviously the lovely, and very stylish, Mrs. Obama is listed, as well as other personal favorites Jane and Aerin Lauder and Penelope CruzIf you're not going to buy the issue at least spend a good hour at the local book shop mulling over the most glamorous people in the world
