Shocking Blue

You know how everyone always talks about how gorgeous and shocking Schiaparelli pink is? (She herself described it as “life-giving, like all the light and the birds and the fish in the world put together, a color of China and Peru but not of the West.”)

Well I think this might be the blue version, and I'd love nothing more than to paint my entire apartment top to bottom in it
