This island, Isola Bella, is the home of Principe and Principessa Borromeo. In the family for over 500 years, they've converted the tiny parcel of land into not only one of the most amazing palazzos in Italy (including an enormous collection of art) but also maintains gardens that are "recognized as a masterpiece of baroque garden design."
